Any processes leading to higher IQ

Well, self-explanatory title, but right now I work in costumer service, and I have to keep track of all these different charts and all that, extremely hard, and I dont know if I mediocre IQ on these things, but there are times when I feel like my intelligence fall short, so is there something here that can boost or raise my intelligence?

Curious about the image streaming, Julien. Its something i became aware of a number of years ago. I think its in the first peak states book? But i never committed to the practice . Is it something you have tried or experienced?

Yes, I have tried it several times, but never committed to it long enough to notice any IQ improvements.
This technique can also be very useful for people to improve their inner vision, their 5-6th senses

Win also talked about holding your breath underwater for as long as possible to increase IQ. 

Doing "super brain yoga" is said to help some.
