Opposite of Hollow state

Been looking at the definition of the hollow state, and im trying to discern what that might feel like.

The description of the state on the site is described like this;

'Hollow' state
  • Characteristics: Body feels hollow (or like air) inside the skin. All parts of the body feel 'continuous'. Emotions have a cognitive rather than affective quality.
  • Cause: All brains are fused together.
  • Comments: When the state is partial, just some areas of the body feel hollow. This state does not depend on the degree of chakra merging.
  • Frequency: Estimated 7% relatively continuously, additional 12% recognize it.
  • Warning: Attempts to acquire full fusion of the brains can trigger a death and dismemberment trauma experience.

What does the opposite of the hollow state feel like?  As in if the body doesnt feel like air inside, what does it feel like?

Thanks in advance!

  • Hello !
The opposite of the state is normal average consciousness, or the absence of peak states. In that case, it is difficult to describe how something does not feel, since there is no point of comparison possible.
The absence of the hollow state feels like you do feel now, in other world, that's how you sense your flesh.
The reverse is also true : people who are born into the Hollow state feel completely normal, since that's all they ever felt.
So, you can only define one by the other, and for this, you have to have felt both ways. So, feeling "not hollow" is only really felt when you lose the state.
The Hollow is one of these states where the sensation of it is not spectacular, however, it feels very positive and functional, as the brains all act much more 'together', so there is an absence of some inner conflicts and some ease, compared to average consciousness.
    Hope that helps!
  • Hi Apranihita,
just to add to the already great explanation of Gaetan:
Dr. Grant McFetridge wrote the description of the peak states and peak abilities in a way that will only makes sense / will be understood fully by people who already have the peak state/peak ability or who have experienced it temporarily at some point in their life.
  • is there any way to get or recovery the hollow state ?? after ineer peace it's my target
  • Yes, if you have already experienced the Hollow state, it should be possible to make it stable and permanent. Any certified Peak States therapist should be able to help you with that.
We have a process made specifically to make a peak experience a peak state, and we also have a process to recover a peak state that was lost.
  • As with Julien sharing about his work and the results of each healing he experienced (on another thread), I would love to hear more descriptions from different people about peak states.  I believe that even if two exact people experienced the exact same state, the descriptions would be different and resonate differently with others.  Also, I believe that some people might not really notice something or some things about the state that others would.  Overall, the more things noticed and the more/ different descriptions, the easier I think it would be to ascertain a state and also the core parts of a state.  I'm sure that that would happen if someone else felt my same peak state, as my description changed a little over time as I understood better ways to describe it.
  • "I believe that even if two exact people experienced the exact same state, the descriptions would be different and resonate differently with others. "

    Yes, it's always a possibility.
We talked about it on the Index of Peak States page: "We realize this may lead to problems when our definition is not quite the same as other people's, but in the future we expect the names and definitions to stabilize as more people work with peak states."

Also sometimes it's a language translation issue, and also the difference between men and women experiences of their peak states: "The names of most states are short descriptions of the state's most noticeable sensation or characteristic. Some states have different characteristics for men and women."

Also: "Some states, when combined, give qualities that neither alone possess. In this case we call it a synergistic state."
For example: 10 people have the same peak state, but 3 of them also have another peak state mixed with it, making their description of their peak state different from the 7 other people.
