  • Birth concentrates many severe traumas in a short amount of time, most of them being related to preceding events. To understand this, you have to see time as a spiral, instead of a linear line. You are hitting the same spot again and again through a lifetime.
    As birth is a really severe painful and traumatic time, many earlier traumas get activated, causing us to lose peak states.
    However, understanding the exact mechanisms happening at birth is part of the current research.
